Contact: info@arforcearms.com
Effective Date: October 23, 2025

We may update this Policy from time to time; when we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above.

1) Notice at Collection (What we collect, why, and for how long)

Categories of Personal Information We May Collect

  • Identifiers & contact data: name, email, phone number, billing and shipping address.
  • Customer records: account credentials you create, order history, support messages.
  • Commercial information: products viewed, cart contents, purchase details.
  • Internet/technical data: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referring URLs, approximate location (derived from IP), cookie IDs.
  • Payment information: card type, last 4 digits, authorization details (processed by our PCI-compliant payment processors). We do not store full card numbers (PANs).
  • Inferences: We do not create sensitive profiles; limited preference data may be derived from site activity (e.g., saved cart).

We generally do not intentionally collect “sensitive personal information.” If identity verification is ever legally required (e.g., export controls), we’ll provide additional notice.

Sources of Personal Information

  • Directly from you (checkout, account, support emails).
  • Automatically from your device via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.
  • From service providers (e.g., payment, shipping, anti-fraud, analytics).

Purposes for Use

  • Process, fulfill, and deliver orders; provide account and customer support.
  • Authenticate users; detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or security incidents.
  • Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the website and our products.
  • Communicate about orders and service; send marketing with consent where required (you can opt out anytime).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. Indicative periods include:

  • Order and tax/audit records: up to 7 years.
  • Account data: for the life of the account, then deleted or de-identified within a reasonable period.
  • Customer support and communications: typically 2 years.
  • Web logs/analytics: typically 12–26 months (per tool settings).
We may retain information longer in connection with disputes or legal requirements.

Sale/Sharing of Personal Information

  • We do not sell personal information for money.
  • We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
If this changes, we will update this Policy and honor applicable opt-out rights (including recognized opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required).

2) Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the site and understand usage.

  • Essential cookies enable core features like cart and checkout and cannot be disabled.
  • Analytics cookies help us measure and improve site performance and user experience.
  • Preference/functional cookies remember choices (e.g., log-in, region).
  • Advertising cookies are not currently used. If enabled in the future, we will update this notice and provide opt-out options.

Your choices: You can control cookies via your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may impact site functionality. Where available, our cookie banner provides additional controls.

Do Not Track & Global Privacy Control: Many browsers offer “Do Not Track” signals; there’s no common standard, so we do not respond to DNT. We will honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out request where required by law.

3) How We Disclose Personal Information

We do not sell personal information. We disclose personal information to the following, as needed to operate our business:

  • Service providers/processors: payment processors (PCI DSS-compliant), fraud-prevention tools, shipping carriers, email/service communications, IT/security, website hosting, analytics.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale (we’ll take steps to ensure the successor honors this Policy).
  • Legal & safety: to comply with law or legal process; to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users or the public.
  • With your direction: for example, when you submit a product review to be displayed publicly.

We impose appropriate contractual and security requirements on service providers. We do not permit service providers to use your data for their own unrelated purposes.

4) Payments and Security

  • Secure checkout: We use HTTPS/TLS encryption.
  • PCI processing: Card data is handled by PCI DSS–compliant processors; we do not store full card numbers.
  • Safeguards: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical controls to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5) Your Privacy Rights & Choices (U.S. State Disclosures)

  • Limit use of sensitive personal information (CA): We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information to infer characteristics or for purposes requiring a “Limit” link.
  • Non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
