For full details, see our Shipping Policy (incorporated by reference).

7A) Jurisdictional Restrictions (No-Ship Areas — LeMay AR-15 Bullpup Conversion Kit)

To comply with state and local laws regarding “assault weapons” and parts/kits intended to create them, we do not ship the LeMay AR-15 bullpup conversion kit (and substantially similar conversion assemblies/parts) to the jurisdictions below. Orders to these locations will be cancelled and refunded.

  • California (CA): State assault-weapon prohibitions (sale/transfer/import).
  • Connecticut (CT): State assault-weapon ban (sale/transfer).
  • Delaware (DE): State assault-weapon ban (manufacture/sale/receipt/possession).
  • Illinois (IL): PICA covers “assault weapon attachments/kits” and unassembled parts intended to convert a firearm; do not ship.
  • Maryland (MD): “Copycat weapon” rules (e.g., OAL/features tests) render bullpup AR configurations unlawful.
  • Massachusetts (MA): Assault-weapon ban enforced against “copies/duplicates” and parts interchangeability.
  • New Jersey (NJ): Prohibits “a part or combination of parts designed or intended to convert a firearm into an assault firearm.” Do not ship.
  • New York (NY): Assault-weapon ban; transporting/shipping assault weapons is unlawful.
  • Rhode Island (RI): State ban enacted (effective July 1, 2026). We treat RI as no-ship now for the conversion kit.
  • Washington (WA): Law explicitly covers “a conversion kit, part, or combination of parts” from which an assault weapon can be assembled; sale/import/distribution prohibited.
  • District of Columbia (DC): Assault weapons are unregisterable; possession/sale prohibited.

Local bans (examples; not exhaustive): Certain counties and municipalities (e.g., Cook County, IL; Boulder, CO) impose “assault-weapon” restrictions that may include parts/kits intended to convert a firearm. We reserve the right to block specific ZIP codes and cancel orders to affected localities.

  • Applies to: the LeMay AR-15 bullpup conversion kit and any substantially similar combination of parts intended to reconfigure an AR-pattern firearm into a bullpup or otherwise meet “assault weapon” definitions.
  • Laws change: We may update this list without notice. You are responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws (see Section 9).
  • Anti-circumvention: We may cancel any order that appears intended to circumvent these restrictions (e.g., third-party freight forwarders, mail drops, re-shipping services).
  • Parts support: We may decline to ship replacement parts for the kit to restricted jurisdictions.
  • No legal advice: This section is informational and not legal advice.

8) Returns, Exchanges & Warranty

  • Returns/Exchanges: See our separate Returns Policy for eligibility, RMA process, timing, and any applicable fees.
  • Limited Warranty: See our Warranty for coverage, exclusions, and how to make a claim.
  • Do not return items without an RMA. A return address will be provided via email when your RMA is approved.

9) Safety, Legal Compliance & Export Controls

  • Know Your Laws: You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all federal, state, and local laws related to possession, installation, and use of firearm accessories and parts, including the National Firearms Act (NFA) and any state-level restrictions.
  • Installation: Many components should be installed by a qualified gunsmith. Improper installation can cause damage, injury, or death.
  • Export: Products may be subject to U.S. export laws (ITAR/EAR). We do not ship internationally or facilitate exports without authorization.

10) Disclaimers

Products: Except as expressly stated in our written limited warranty, products and services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Site: We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site or that defects will be corrected. You use the Site at your own risk.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AR Force Arms and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to the Site, products, or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AR Force Arms and our officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

15) Electronic Communications; Notices

By using the Site, you consent to receive communications electronically (e.g., email, on-site messages). Legal notices to us must be sent to info@arforcearms.com. A physical return/mailing address will be provided in your RMA or upon request until our public return address is finalized.

16) Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflicts of law principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia for any dispute not subject to pre-litigation resolution.

17) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

18) Miscellaneous

  • Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the policies linked or incorporated by reference (e.g., Privacy Policy, Returns Policy, Warranty, and Shipping Policy), are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site and purchases.
