Shipping & Returns

Where we ship

  • We currently ship to United States addresses.
  • PO Boxes / APO/FPO: Some services can’t deliver to PO Boxes. If needed, we may switch your shipment to USPS or ask for a street address.
  • International: Not available at this time.

Processing times

  • Orders placed Mon–Fri before 2:00 pm ET typically ship within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays ship the next business day.
  • Pre-orders/backorders will show an estimated ship date on the product page.

Carriers & methods

  • We ship with USPS/UPS.
  • You’ll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.

Rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and method.
  • Free shipping: Not offered unless stated in a promotion.

Delivery estimates (not guarantees)

  • Contiguous U.S.: 2–7 business days after shipment depending on method and location.
  • Weather, carrier volume, or other events can extend delivery times.

Address issues

  • Please verify your shipping address during checkout.
  • If a package returns to us as undeliverable, we’ll contact you; reship charges may apply.

Lost or damaged packages

  • If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t find the package, check with household members/neighbors and your local carrier office.
  • Damage or loss: email info@arforcearms.com within 48 hours of the delivery scan (include your order number, photos of the box/item, and the packing slip). We’ll help file a carrier claim and make it right.

Shipping restrictions (compliance)

  • We sell firearm accessories (not firearms). Some items may be restricted by local laws. You’re responsible for compliance in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate laws or our policies.

Returns & Exchanges

Easy returns

  • You may return unused, uninstalled items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
  • RMA required: email info@arforcearms.com for return instructions and an RMA number before sending anything back.

Not returnable

  • Installed, modified, or damaged items, clearance/“as-is” items, and custom parts.

Return shipping

  • Customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective item. Use a trackable method.

Restocking fee

  • Up to 15% may apply to opened (but unused) items to cover inspection and repackaging.

Refund timing

  • After the return is received and inspected, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days (your bank may take additional time to post it).

Exchanges

Warranty

  • Manufacturer defects warranty: 12 months from the original delivery date.
  • This covers defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. It does not cover wear-and-tear, cosmetic damage, improper installation, misuse, or modifications.
  • To start a warranty claim, email info@arforcearms.com with your order number, photos/video of the issue, and a brief description.
